About

Director of content design · Teladoc Health

I find the story that makes people stop and pay attention. Then I build the systems to tell it at scale.

For 20 years I’ve helped people connect with their health, their stories and their power to change. Today my team at Teladoc Health designs the member experience across primary care, weight management and chronic condition programs. That covers everything from information architecture and in-app flows to the conversations people have with our AI agents. I build the standards and tools that help us do that work well.

Before healthcare, I specialized in launching new things inside big media companies, from HELLO!’s first U.S. venture to a mobile-first local news site built from scratch. I’ve also spent plenty of time on camera, representing the brands I worked for on shows like EXTRA and E! From breaking news to healthcare to AI, the instinct is the same. The tools just keep getting more interesting.

How I lead

Start with the reader

Every choice begins with who’s reading, how they feel and what they need to do next.

Make the right way the easy way

Style guides, templates and clear workflows help good content move faster and clear review the first time.

Bring partners in early

Clinical, medical, legal and compliance teams join at the start, not the finish line.

Grow the team

I hire, coach and grow editors and content designers, and I love watching them take the lead.
